اتفاقية بيع بوليفارد الرياض
وقعت شركة جدوى للاستثمار ونيابة عن صندوق جدوى ريت، الشركة السعودية الرائدة في مجال إدارة الاستثمارات والاستشارات الاستثمارية، اتفاقية بيع وشراء للاستحواذ على مجمع بوليفارد الرياض من شركة نمر العقارية المتخصصة في مجال التطوير العقاري التجاري والسكني بقيمة إجمالية تقدر بنحو 320 مليون ريال سعودي.

قال نواف بن محمد الراجحي الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة نمر العقارية إن السوق السعودية بيئة متميزة وخصبة لإنشاء مشاريع عقارية مميزة. ووسط ترقب الأوساط المحلية لإقرار الرهن العقاري المزمع الإعلان عنه خلال الفترة المقبلة، أكد الراجحي أن الرهن العقاري سيشجع جهات التمويل على الإقراض بشكل أكبر، بعد أن تضمن الجهات المقرضة حقوقها وفقا للأنظمة والبنود التي يتظمنها نظام الرهن في حال إقراره.
