On Monday, March 29th, NMR Real Estate Company was honored to sponsor the Real Estate Developers Forum, which was held in honor of his Excellency the Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail. The event took place in the presence of the CEO of NMR Real Estate, Mr. Nawaf bin Muhammad Al-Rajhi

The Real Estate Developers Forum is an interactive and a dialogue platform for real estate development that brings real estate developers along with decision-makers. A platform as such is deemed considerably important to reinforce positive messages, to display available opportunities and to enable the discussion of legislations and regulations pertaining to real estate development. Thus, this will lead to a very positive contribution to the development of real estate business in the city of Riyadh and raising the contribution of development sectors which goes hand in hand with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

This forum was organized by the Riyadh Chamber of commerce which represented by its real estate committee in the midst of a beautiful presence and interactive session with major real estate companies .The forum discussed three points along with the participation of a number of relevant authorities. The first point discussed the future of real estate investment and the development of it. In the second point the participants discussed the city of Riyadh’s development under a theme that is named as “the opportunities and aspirations that lie within urban and humanization”. Lastly in the third point the participants discussed the quality living in the real estate.
