NMR Real Estate in Partnership with King Saud University towards a New Step in Enhancing the Quality of Lifestyle

As part of its contribution in supporting projects that upgrade the quality of life in Suadi Arabia, and to keep pace with the Kingdom's youthful and ambitious future vision of 2030, the pioneering NMR Real Estate Company, represented by its CEO Mr. Nawaf bin Mohammed Al-Rajhi, has signed an agreement with King Saud University, represented by the Head of the university and the Board Chairman of Riyadh Valley Company his excellency Dr. Badran bin Abdulrahman Al-Omar, to conduct a distinguished project that serves the people of Riyadh.

This project is located on the campus of King Saud University and on approximately 81,000 square meters. It is also inspired by the great interest that the company has in Riyadh, for it faces a dynamic growth and an extraordinary architectural expansion which makes it a residential place as well as a tourist destination. The significance of Riyadh encouraged NMR to think about enhancing its social and recreational aspects that the city needs in order to remain an attractive destination for both residents and tourists.

Nawaf bin Mohammed Al-Rajhi, CEO of NMR Real Estate Company, pointed out that this integral partnership between NMR Real Estate, which excelled in a brief period with its distinguished projects, and Riyadh Valley Company, the investment arm of King Saud University, will achieve a number of goals in the kingdom’s future vision of 2030.
